Service: VoxBabel — Annual Subscription

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New annual subscriptions come with a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase.

• Haven’t used it yet? → Full refund, no questions asked.
• Used it a few times?→ We’ll deduct a fair amount for what you’ve used and refund the rest.

How to request: Email support@voxbabel.com with your name, account email, and order number.

After 14 Days

Once the refund window closes, subscriptions are non-refundable. Your unused transcriptions don’t carry cash value.

Exceptions (at our discretion):

• The service had a sustained failure
• The service was materially different from what was described
• Required by law in your country

If something’s wrong, contact us at support@voxbabel.com and we’ll work it out.

Subscription Renewal

Annual subscriptions renew automatically. We’ll remind you before your renewal date.

To cancel auto-renewal:

• Cancel in your account settings before the renewal date, OR
• Email support@voxbabel.com

Refunds are not available for renewal charges after processing, unless required by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days and returned to your original payment method.
